First step to get the 2 end markers of the installation completed and
the totem for the '
Fringe in the Park
' to point down to where I will be toiling in Durham Street East
Here are the tools of the trade so far.
-
KNIFE - sharp as Tajima blades! strong and sharp
-
AWL - looks like a sharpened screwdriver, Makedo supply a plastic
tool which is great for kids but when you have 1000 sheets fo cadboard
and over 900 connectors it is time to get serious.
-
SCORING TOOL - AKA a putty knife, seems to do the trick - although am
thinking a blunt pizza wheel might be good to
-
PENCIL - self explanatory
-
RULER - the longer the better - does anyone make a 1.2metre ruler... (cardboard
is 1200mm long at its longest dimension).
In the boxes are the two halves to the connectors and the Makedo hinges.
Incidentally the boxes are what the Makedo parts came in and held together
with a bit of tape and the connectors.
