I have received a small box of samples from my friends at Makedo.com.au . They comprise of a bunch of nylon widget that I will be using to build The World Around .
Quite ingenious little fastenings that you can reuse. and by all accounts are very strong.. ie. I ripped the cardboard apart rather than broke the grip of the fasteners.
There is also a multi tool, and a bunch of hinges which could prove very useful for making a few surprises.
I will be posting a few experiments over the holidays to see how many and what the limitations are to my chosen medium.
